黄金分割法在员工激励中的应用

摘    要:几何学线段中有一个黄金分割点,其比值为0.618。黄金分割被广泛应用于建筑、绘画等方面。其实,在企业管理中,对员工的激励也有"黄金分割点"。黄金分割法在物质激励和精神激励方面的正确区分,有利于提高各层级员工的积极性,提高企业的效率,对于企业的长远发展至关重要。同时,要对核心员工进行主要激励,防止核心员工流失。应用黄金分割法,对员工实施合理激励,是留住核心员工保证企业发展的关键所在。

Abstract:Line segment of geometry has a golden section point,a ratio of 0.618,which is widely used in building and painting.Actually,in enterprise management,there is also a golden section point in motivating employees.Distinguishing material incentives from spiritual incentives by golden section will help improve staff positivity and enterprise efficiency,vital to the long term development of enterprises.In addition,to prevent the loss of core staff,more incentive effort must be put in them.In conclusion,using the golden section method to motivate employees properly is the key to maintain core staff and ensure the growth of enterprises.
