| 摘 要： | 本文从财务控制权的内涵及上市公司财务治理结构的基本框架出发,探讨了上市公司财务治理结构与财务控制权的关系,发现上市公司财务治理结构的核心是财务控制权的配置,上市公司财务控制权配置的基础是资源,并对上市公司财务控制权的配置中存在的问题进行了分析。
