| 摘 要： | 业绩评价是企业对管理者的经营业绩和努力程度等进行的综合判断,是企业任命管理者的重要依据,对项目的效益、公司的发展起到重要作用。文章根据施工企业的特点,利用业绩评价工具,设计项目业绩评价指标,以达到科学、合理地评价项目管理者业绩的目的。

| Abstract: | Performance assessment is that an enterprise assesses a manager's operation performance and his/her effort,which refers lo also an important reference for an enterprise to appoint its managers and plays an important role in projecls profits and corporate development.Based on the characters of construction enterprises,the article designs the indexes by performance assessment,as part of the efforts to assess project managers performance scientifically and reasonably. |
