| 摘 要： | 近年来,进口苏丹原油短量的情况在湛江口岸不断出现,科学分析进口原油短量的原因,从而找到相应的处理措施,对于妥善解决计量纠纷具有重要意义。根据苏丹原油的特性及石油原油运输、船舱/岸罐容量鉴定的现状,从现场鉴定员的角度对减少苏丹原油短量方案的建议进行分析,并提出实际操作过程中有效的解决方案。
