刍议如何加强区直国有林场青年职工的思想政治工作

广西区直国有林场大部分建立在20世纪50年代左右,招工高峰期为20世纪50—60年代,20世纪末处于稳定保守发展阶段,很少大批量招收新职工。进入21世纪,原来招聘的职工逐渐进入退休年龄,职工老龄化让广西区直国有林场必须考虑人员的接替问题,特别是广西实施科学发展三年计划以来,各大林场纷纷扩大经营规模,对青年人才的需求量增大,进入到新一轮的人才招聘高峰期。随着林场青年职工人数比重的日益增大,青年职工思想政治工作已经成为促进林场发展的重要保障。笔者以广西国有高峰林场为例,对这一课题进行探讨。
