| 摘 要： | 在农村青壮年进城务工、土地流转政策实施的背景下,传统农林业生产中病虫害防治劳动力短缺问题日益突出,新的病虫害防治模式出现,主要有植保专业户、植保专业合作社、植保服务公司3种。这些新模式在发展过程中遇到许多现实问题,文章阐述了解决问题的具体方法。

| Abstract: | The problem of labor shortage in pest control is increasingly serious during the traditional farming and forestry production,for lots of youngsters from rural areas go and work in cities and the implement of circulating lands policy.The new pest control models include plan protection specialized households,plan protection specialized cooperative and plan protection company.The paper illuminates some solutions to some real problems arising during the development of the new models. |
