| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,企业的核心竞争力体现为知识的竞争力。企业要在日趋激烈的市场竞争中获得长久的竞争优势,必须加强对核心竞争力的培育。文章从知识管理和企业核心竞争力的内涵入手,对知识管理与企业核心竞争力的关系进行分析,并就如何实施知识管理来构筑企业核心竞争力提出见解。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy,corporate core competitiveness is represented by the competitiveness of knowledge. If an enterprise wants to stand out in the fiercer market competitions for a long time,it must strengthen its cultivation of core competiveness.Starting by the implications of knowledge management and corporate core competitiveness,the article analyzes the relations between them and puts forward some suggestion about how to carry out knowledge management to build corporate core competitiveness. |
