| 摘 要： | 我国平安城市监控系统建设日趋普及,但在建设过程中存在财政投入不足而出现分区建设、分区管理的现象。这使得平安城市监控缺乏统一的管理,给城市安全防范工作带来不便。文章根据不同行业的应用需求及特点,提出监控系统整体解决方法,包括对需求的分析、功能实现的方法等。

| Abstract: | The building of safe city monitoring is increasingly popular in China.Owing to the shortage of funds,some problems arise like partition building and partition management,which causes the lack of uniform management for the monitoring safe city and a lot of inconveniences for carrying out the prevention of city security.According to the applied requirements and features of different lines,the paper puts forward some solutions to monitoring system,including requirement analysis and functional achievement. |
