Study of Applications of Blog in Network Information Communication among HEI's Libraries

21st Century is the knowledge economic era.Library burdens the missions of knowledge information collection, shortage and communication.Using blog,a newly thing,is helpful to promote the communication between libraries and readers, improve the knowledge management and services quality of HEIs' libraries.Based on the source of blog and its status quo,the paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the introduction of blog into HEIs' libraries.
