| 摘 要： | 在分析2009年《铁道部统计公告》中铁路客运和货运量数据的基础上,结合利益相关者理论,运用文献综述、数据研究的方法,分析合资铁路公司将经营重点放于货运的原因和合资铁路公司社会责任与社会绩效的关系,得出在一定范围内合资铁路公司履行社会责任有利于公司绩效的增长,超出这个范围则不利于公司绩效的增长;经营客运有使企业绩效更快增长的潜力的结论。最后,结合当前合资铁路的现状,提出合资铁路公司要结合自身情况,从客运和货运2个方面履行社会责任的建议。
