| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the roles of governments and enterprises playing in energy conservation and emission reduction, when they address the imbalance between economic development and environmental protection.It also puts forward the strategies for governments to guide enterprises to carry out the energy conservation and emission reduction,which can promote the sustainable development of economics and improve enterprises competitiveness as well. |
