| Abstract: | In the angles of assessment and transferring of technological achievements and the protection of intellectual property rights,the paper expounds the necessity of the updating of technological achievements in current situation.Based on some of measures that have been taken in Guangxi,it also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in this regard. |
