钢圈模具模架通用化研究

Study of the General Utilization of Steel Ring Mould Frame

The paper introduces steel ring manufacturing techniques and the moulds hased on cold pressing.On the basis of practice,it also studies the general utilization of steel ring mould frame,and divides mould design into two parts,general utilization frame and spider.This study can greatly reduce the time of designing and manufacturing new moulds,and is helpful to cut down the cost and the time of the investment on new steel ring.
