| 摘 要： | 黑启动也称零启动,即在交流电源失去而调速器系统油压相对稳定的情况下,依靠蓄电池提供直流电源使发电机组启动,迅速恢复电力;并向馈电线路、近区负荷供电或在调度员的指挥下恢复电力系统的运行。黑启动是电力系统的一个重要启动方式,它将为瓦解的电力系统迅速恢复正常运行打下良好的基础。

| Abstract: | Also called zero start,black start is on the condition of losing AC power and governor system's oil pressure relatively stable,DC power provided by storage battery can be used to start engine unit and rapidly restore the electric,at the same time supply load power to feeder lines and near zones,and restore the electrical system under the command of operator. Black-start is an important starting mode in electrical system.It sets a good foundation for broken electrical system to quickly restore its function. |
