摘    要:随着供水行业市场化、产业化加速,供水企业需要确立服务营销新理念,建立服务营销新模式,提供优质、可靠的供水服务。文章从服务营销基本理论入手,分析了供水企业服务营销的发展现状及存在的问题,并从战略角度探讨了我国供水企业服务营销的发展对策。

Abstract:As water supply industry is accelerating the industrialization and commercialization,water supply enterprises need to establish a new concept,a new mode of service marketing to provide superior,reliable services.This paper,from the service marketing,analyzes the status quo of the services marketing development and existing problems of water supply enterprises, and probes into the service marketing development counter-measures from a strategic perspective.
