龙滩水电站左右岸缆机平台采用框架梁板柱结构,框架梁板柱结构大并且坐落在大高差边坡上,其结构复杂,施工难度大。文章针对高架梁板柱混凝土施工中常见的错台、挂帘、蜂窝、麻面等质量通病,提出了各种针对措施,采取QC小组等形式改进施工工艺,提高了混凝土质量。
