| 摘 要： | 发展知识产权质押的金融业务,是打通科技型中小企业融资渠道的有效方式,对知识创新型社会的发展起到重要的促进作用。文章分析了我国目前知识产权质押的发展现状,阐明了知识产权质押贷款融资的制约因素,提出了科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资的思路和对策。
