摘 要: | 传统的绩效考核目标模糊,人为因素比较多,往往达不到应有的效果。文章对企业的绩效考核引入关键业绩指标,并在绩效目标的分解、实施、控制、监督、激励、约束等方面重点阐述,通过运用有效的绩效考核杠杆促进企业战略目标的实现,提升企业的竞争力。
