| 摘 要： | 在全球经济一体化的背景下,面对日益频繁的专利侵权纠纷,保护专利权最好的方式就是开展专利预警,应用好专利保护制度。文章介绍了国内外专利预警系统建设的现状,分析了企业专利预警面临的问题,提出了建立企业专利预警系统的初步设想。

| Abstract: | Against the backdrop of the integration of global economy,facing at disputes of patent infringement growingly,the best way to protect patent rights is to promote the patent early warning system and apply to patent protection system.The article introduces the status quo of the construction of domestic and international patent early warning systems,analyzes the challenges facing enterprises to carry out this system,and puts forward preliminary consumptions about this system's construction. |
