| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了利用城镇基准地价评估、清产核资、日常地籍管理等有关资料并补充调查地价监测样点资料 ,运用拉氏价格指数建立城镇分类地价指数 ,并用以调整土地级别和基准地价及分析、预测地价变化的基本方法。
