基于ERP沙盘模拟的企业管理培训模式研究

摘    要:企业培训是一种有目标、有计划、有步骤的学习,有助于改善和提高员工的知识技能、工作方法和工作绩效,不断推动个人和企业不断进步,实现企业目标。本文在具体介绍ERP沙盘模拟的基础上,将其应用于企业培训,构造一个新的体验式的培训模式,并对该模式的实施策略进行了说明,分析了该模式的特点和优势,体现出了传统培训模式所无法比拟的优越性,该模式提倡学员学为主,老师教为辅的培训方式,有利于提高培训效果。

Abstract:Enterprise training is a targeted,planned and steps learning,improving and enhancing the employee's knowledge skills,working methods and job performance,and constantly promoting the individuals and enterprises to make a progress,and finally realizing the goals of enterprise.This paper introduces ERP sand table simulation,and a new experiential training mode based on ERP sand table simulation was constructed. Then this paper explains implementation strategies of the model,and analyzes the characteristics and advantages, reflecting that the new mode is more super than traditional training model.The new mode encourages students to learn that is given priority to teaching, and is good for improve training effect.
