| 摘 要： | 新疆经济发展落后,既有长期积累的历史原因,又有区位因素的政策效应等客观因素,但更深层次的原因在于新疆落后的产业结构。本文通过对新疆产业结构的全面考察和分析,指出新疆经济发展在结构方面存在诸多比较突出的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper advances the idea that the backwardness of economic development in Xinjiang resulted from both historical factor accumulating for a long time and the position factor from the policy effect.However,the underlying reason lies in the industrial structure that Xinjiang falls behind.Through comprehensive inspection and the analysis of the industrial structure of Xinjiang,the author points out many problems that exist in structure in economic development of Xinjiang. |
