| 摘 要： | 地方政府是区域经济协调发展的重要推动力量,应对其在区域经济发展中的角色和职能进行正确的定位：地方政府是本地区经济政策的制定者、公共物品的提供者、产权的界定和保护者、区域经济的协调者及市场运行的监管者。文章认为,为了更好地促进区域经济协调发展,地方政府必须在观念、制度、机制及组织等多方面进行创新。

| Abstract: | As an important driving force in coordinative development of regional economy,local government should appropriately target its position and function in regional economic development,namely,policy-maker of local economy,provider of public goods,definer and protector of property right,coordinator of regional economy and supervisor of market.To promote coordinative development of regional economy,local government must make persistent innovation in concept,system,mechanism and organization. |
