| 摘 要： | 低碳经济是一种新兴的经济发展模式,民族地区发展低碳经济是实现其经济可持续发展的重要途径和方式。文章认为,民族地区发展低碳经济必须在坚持以政府为主导、企业为主体、市场为导向和机制创新的原则下,以民族团结为前提、加强地区合作、与地方特色产业结合及做好民族地区发展低碳经济的试点工作。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon economy is a kind of new economic development model.Developing low-carbon economy is the essential way and method of implementing sustainable developing strategy in minority region.In this paper,we consider that government lead,enterprises as main forces,market-oriented and innovation are the keys to develop low carbon-economy.We should enforce the regional cooperation combined with the local conditions based on the harmonious development,so as to carry out low-carbon economy in minority region. |
