| 摘 要： | 文章在对城市化研究文献综述的基础上,提出了以农村产业组织参与产业集群和产业转移过程的分工,不仅能够形成农村产业组织参与城市化进程的收益,而且能够形成实施产业集群和产业转移的非农产业组织参与城市化进程的成本预期,并据此从分工维度建立了一个把土地流转内生于承载城市化进程的产业集群和产业转移过程的可持续城市化分析框架。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature review of urbanization,this paper points out the division of rural cooperative organization's participation in the process of industrial cluster or industry transfer will form the rural cooperative organization's expected return and industrial organization's expected cost.Therefore,this paper builds a new analysis framework towards the sustainable urbanization in which the farmland transfer endogenous in the course of industrial cluster and transfer that holds up the urbanization. |
