| 摘 要： | 随着全球性金融危机对国内经济影响的逐步加深,物流业作为重要的服务产业受到严重的冲击。尤其是大量的中小型物流企业,面临着更为严峻的压力和挑战,生存和发展受到了威胁。文章以SWOT为基础,从发展战略、创新与市场定位、资源整合、资金管理和人才培养等方面为中小型物流企业应对金融危机提出了具体的策略。
