中西部欠发达地区农地流转研究

相对于经济发达的东部地区,中西部地区的经济发展水平较低,农民对土地的依赖性更强,因此,农地流转中遇到的困难更多。文章通过对中西部欠发达地区农地流转的成效、存在的问题及制约因素的分析,提出中西部欠发达地区可以学习经济发达地区农地流转的相关经验,但不能盲目照搬,不能急于求成,只能根据自己的实际情况,因地制宜,审慎、稳妥地推进农地流转工作。
