企业对高校人才培养要求的调查研究

为了解社会对大学生培养质量和人才规格方面的要求，开展了“企业对人才的要求”的调查。调查发现，当前企业亟需大量优秀的高层次应用型专业技术人才，对优秀人才的素质提出了立体式、全方位、综合性的要求，传统意义上的优秀毕业生在职场上的竞争实力并不符合社会的预期。因此，结合社会的要求和高校人才培养的实际，学校应积极引导学生走全面发展的道路，从关注学生发展的内在属性着手，开展就业指导工作，强化与提升大学生的道德素养，重点培养实践动手能力，改进优秀学生评价与选拔机制等。这一调查有助于为高校人才培养工作提供参考。

Investigation on the Requirement of Enterprises on Colleges Talents Cultivation

In order to depicture the social requirements about cultivation of talents in quantity and specification, so as to provide social references for cultivation of talents in colleges. This writer made an investigation entitled Requirements of Enterprises on Colleges Talents Cultivation. The result suggests that the enterprises need a great number of excellent and high-level technological talents urgently and they claim a solid, all-round and integrated requirements about the qualities of excellent talents. However, the competitive competences of so-called excellent graduates in the traditional sense cannot accord with the expectancy of society. Combined with the actual requirements of the society and cultivation of talents, the paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestion based on the requirements of society and reality of talents cultivation in colleges： the colleges should guide the students to take the path of comprehensive development, starting from the intrinsic properties of the students＇ development, carrying out employment guidance, strengthening and improving the moral quality, focusing on the cultivation of practice ability, improving evaluation and selection mechanism of outstanding students education.
