| 摘 要： | 创意产业是21世纪的朝阳产业。当前，发展创意产业已成为我国经济发展到新阶段的必然要求。在此背景下，环渤海地区发展创意产业具有重要意义。文章通过深入分析指出，当前环渤海地区创意产业的发展还存在一定的不足与制约因素，但同时具备众多优势和推动因素。环渤海地区各省（市、区）应不断增进交流与合作，共同推进创意产业发展。
