| 摘 要： | 产业集群这一合作竞争的组织形式,带来了供应链总利润的增加,波特称之为“溢出效应”。本文在剖析了产业集群实质的基础上,从供应链的视角定量地研究并揭示了产业集群“溢出效应”现象背后深刻的机理:产业集群内供应链成员通过相互之间的分工协调,降低集群内库存成本并缩短提前期,也显著降低了集群内的交易成本。该机理的研究和揭示为给我国企业经营管理带来有益的启发和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Industrial cluster,an organization of coordination and competition,can bring extra profits,which is called"spillover effect"by Professor Porter.This paper focuses on the rules of the phenomenon of "spillover effect":The companies in industrial cluster can decrease the total cost of inventory and shorten the total lead time,and further decrease the total contract cost in cluster.Furthermore,some suggestions are presented for Chinese companies.Special attention is paid to the quantitative research in the field of supply chain. |
