| 摘 要： | 实行高校固定资产管理网络化，就是要建立更便捷的信息交流、更高效的工作流程、更合理的管理模式、更透明的监督机制、更完善的教学保障，利用先进的科学手段，为高校教学、科研工作和广大师生服务。而高校固定资产管理系统的开发是高校固定资产发展和信息化建设的必然趋势，也是提高高校固定资产管理水平的重要手段之一。通过对高校固定资产管理工作的业务现状进行简要的分析，对系统总体结构设计、模块设计、数据库的设计，以及管理系统实现的手段提出了一些设计方案和建议。
