The integration of urban and rural ecological environment and space represent the important connotations of urban-rural integration,which indicates a sound balance between the urban and rural ecosystems,in other words,the city enjoys the beautiful rural scenery and ecological system,while rural areas have a sound infrastructure and convenient living conditions.As a result,the boundary between city and countryside is keeping shrinking.In line with this requirement,the Action Plan for City Upgrading of Chongqing regards ecology as a key part of urban quality,strives to enhance citizens'sense of gain,happiness and security in an all-round manner,from urban planning to improvement of living environment,and realize the goal ofBetter City,Better Life。
