| 摘 要： | 基于嵌入性视角来研究合作社问题的文献目前还比较少见。本文基于农民合作社成员嵌入性的角度，分析合作社发展中存在的问题，主要包括异质性问题、利益分配问题以及功能弱化问题，并且提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | There not many studies focusing on the problem of co-operatives from member embedded perspective. This paper analysis the implication of members embedded to the cooperative development, including the problem of heterogeneity, distribution of benefits, and functions weakens. Corresponding policy suggestions are provided. |
