| 摘 要： | 耕地保护是我国一项必须长期坚持的基本国策，但挖塘养鱼现象在农村屡禁不止，对耕地造成严重破坏。本文基于阳春市河口镇金堡区的调查，分析其不断扩大的挖塘养鱼现象，探究其发展原因及存在问题。切实保护耕地，必须完善土地管理的相关法律制度，引导农业经济发展，提高农户的耕地保护意识。

| Abstract: | The protection of cultivated land is a must uphold for a long time to the basic national policy, but the phenomenon of dig ponds to breed fish in rural areas is still repeated and can＇t be forbidden, which causes serious damage to cultivated land. Based on the investigation of Jinbao District, Hekou town in Yangchun city, the growing phenomenon of dig ponds to breed fish is analyzed to explore the causes and existing problems of its development. To effectively protect cultivated land, it is necessary to perfect the relevant legal system of land management, guide the agricultural economic development and strengthen farmers＇ consciousness of cultivated land protection. |
