信用缺失对我国民营企业投资影响的分析

民营企业投资自1998年出现下滑后便一直难以恢复到此前的水平。同时,社会经济中的信用问题也越发明显。这两个问题之间实际存在许多内在的联系。信用缺失通过降低民营企业对投资获利的预期打击了民营企业投资热情和信心,通过对民营企业内、外源融资的影响削弱了民营企业的投资能力,通过提高市场风险、交易成本干扰甚至损害市场机制对社会资源的有效配置,制约和影响了民营企业投资效率的提高。

Analysis of Influence of Credit Absence on Investment of Private Enterprises in China

The investment of private enterprises has difficulty in recovering its original high level since it decreased since 1998. Meanwhile, the credit problem becomes more obvious. There is interior relation between decrease in the investment of private enterprises and credit problem. The absence of credit which decreases the anticipated profits of private enterprises hits the enthusiasm and confidence of private enterprises on investment. The influence of credit absence on fund - raising of private enterprises cripples the investment ability of private enterprises. Credit absence raises market risks and transaction cost interference and even damages valid disposal of social resources by market economy system, therefore, it restricts the improvement of investment efficiency of private enterprises.
