| 摘 要： | 要保障中国股市健康、快速地稳定发展,必须加强股市运作的科学规范,解决多年来上市公司股权、股价扭曲和市场供求失衡问题。目前较好的政策选择是低价全额配售。这样能协调股市主体之间的历史与现实的利益矛盾,有利于妥善处理好国家、集体、个人之间,海内、海外投资者之间的利益关系,有利于股市的稳定和快速扩容发展。

| Abstract: | To guarantee the rapid, steady and sound development of securities market in China, measures must be taken to strengthen standard management, solve problems of twisted stock right and stock price and unbalance between supply and demand. At present, a better policy is low - price and full -amount ration. It can coordinate the existing and historic interests and contradictions among main bodies of the securities market. It does good to deal with interests among the state, the collective and individuals as well as interests among overseas investors. It can contribute to steady and rapid development of the securities market. |
