| 摘 要： | 企业知识联盟的脆弱及非持续性一直是企业建设知识联盟实践时常遇到的问题。本文采用博弈论方法对企业知识联盟中的竞争合作互动关系进行了分析,并就参与方如何建设持续、长久的合作型企业知识联盟提出了策略和建议。

| Abstract: | The susceptibility of the enterprise′s knowledge alliance is a kind of question often met when the enterprise build it. Using the game theory,The paper analyzes the competitive and cooperative relation among participants of the enterprise′s knowledge alliance. Finally, Some suggestions and tactics are put forward about how to build the long-term, sustainable cooperative enterprise′s knowledge alliance. |
