| Abstract: | The activity of creating civilized city is to satisfy people's needs, make the close relationship between Party and the masses, between cadres and the masses. It is also the practical activity which can realize self value and the effective carrier of promoting citizens quality and city civilization. We should meticulously carry out determining factor engineering, foundational engineering, network engineering and environmental engineering. |
