房地产类课程教学中存在的问题及改革对策探索

目前,在房地产类课程教学中存在着课堂上采用传统式理论灌输教育模式、学生普遍缺乏实践动手能力和创新意识、教材内容的陈旧以及考核方式的单调等问题,导致绝大部分学生被动的接受课程理论知识,而走上工作岗位以后不能很好将理论应用于实践中,有鉴于此,本文对房产类课程教学中存在的问题进行了分析并给出一些可行的教学改革对策,为房地产类课程的教学提供借鉴。

The Existing Teaching Problem in Real Estate Courses and Corresponding Reform Measures

At present,there are some teaching problems in the teaching of real estate courses,such as the traditional mode of inculcation education is adopted,students are lack of practical ability and sense of innovation,the teaching materials is obsolete and assessment method is tedious.These problems lead to passive acceptance of theoretical knowledge for most students.They can not flexibly apply the theory to practice when they work in the company after graduation.So the paper analyses the existing problems in the real estate courses and gives some feasible countermeasures,It can be provided as reference for the real estate courses.
