摘    要:考核评价体系是衡量教学质量及学生技能水平的体系,一套先进合理的考核评价体系,不仅能准确地定位学生职业技能水平的高低,而且对准确衡量学校教学质量、提高教学质量有着十分重要的作用。本文通过分析电子产品制造业工作岗位,提出了适合工作岗位的考核评价体系,同时对考核评价的方式、考核评价项目、评分标准进行了科学的阐述。

Abstract:The evaluation system is the system that measure the teaching quality and student's skill levels. An advanced and rational evaluation system not only can accurately locate the students" level of vocational skills, but also has a very important role in accurately measuring the teaching quality and improving the quality of teaching. This paper analyzes the jobs of electronic product manufacturing, puts forward evaluation system which is suitable for the job, at the same, carries out scientific exposition obout the manner of appraisal, evaluation projects, rating standards.
