建立适合企业工作岗位的考核评价体系

考核评价体系是衡量教学质量及学生技能水平的体系,一套先进合理的考核评价体系,不仅能准确地定位学生职业技能水平的高低,而且对准确衡量学校教学质量、提高教学质量有着十分重要的作用。本文通过分析电子产品制造业工作岗位,提出了适合工作岗位的考核评价体系,同时对考核评价的方式、考核评价项目、评分标准进行了科学的阐述。
