建设单位工程成本控制中存在的问题及对策

Problems in Project Cost Control of Construction Unit and Countermeasures

With the development of market economy, if the construction unit want to survive or seek development in the fierce competition, they must have advanced technology and abundant capital, in addition, they should also pay attention to project cost control, give efforts to control the cost within the program, effectively control costs, and ultimately improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
