陕西省中小学体育教师职业境况比较研究

本文通过文献资料法、调查访谈法等研究手段,对陕西省不同中小学体育教师的从业环境、职业声望、职业组织、职业认同以及职业价值进行了系统、全面的比较研究,为教育管理部门提供一定的理论基础,有利于改善中小学体育教师生存环境和社会地位,更好的提高中小学学校体育教学效果,为培养现代化人才做出必要的贡献,为推进当前正进行的新课程改革提供一些有益的参考意见。

Comparison of Professional Circumstance of Gym Teachers in Primary School and Middle School in Shaanxi Province

This paper systematically comprehensively compares and researches the professional circumstance, professional reputation, professional organization, career identity and work values through literature review, investigation etc., plays a foundation for education management department, is helpful to improve the living environment and social position of gym teachers in primary school and middle school, better enhance the sports teaching effect in primary school and middle school to contribute for the cultivation of modernization talents and provide reference for promoting the new curricular reform.
