| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the necessity of industrial chain management of agricultural products processing, and through the analysis of three models of the industrial chain of agricultural products processing： shallow processing, moderate processing, and deep processing and their characteristics, this paper puts forward to strengthen industrial chain management of our agricultural products processing. |
