Discussion on Causes of Job Burnout of College Librarian and Measures

With the arrival of digital library times,the role of college and university librarians are more and more important.But,with the transition of traditional library to digital library,job burnout of college and university librarians is more serious,which restricts the role of librarians.This paper explored the presentation and cause of job burnout and tried to find relative solutions.
