高职《尺寸链》的教学及难点分析

尺寸链的教学是《机械制造工艺学》课程的重点和难点内容之一。同学们在学习该节内容时极易把设计尺寸链和工艺尺寸链混淆,两者不分,导致封闭环判定错误。结合高职院校的特点本文对学习设计尺寸链、工艺尺寸链和装配尺寸链的概念进行了概括,如何用极值法解尺寸链的基本计算公式进行了阐述,对学习尺寸链的难点进行了分析。

Analysis of Teaching and Difficulties of "Dimension Chain" in Higher Vocational School

Dimension chain is one of the keys and difficulties of ＂Manufactural Technology of Machinery＂.When students are learning this quarter,they easily confused design dimension chain and craft dimension chain,which lead to misjudgment of close-chain.Combining with the characteristics of higher vocational schools,this paper summarizes the concepts of design dimension chain,craft dimension chain and assembly dimension chain,presents how to solve the basic formula of dimension chain using extremum method,and analyzes the difficulties of learning dimension chain.
