| 摘 要： | 要破解土地资源瓶颈,提高土地利用效率,就必须在科学发展观的指导下,坚持节约集约用地,加快实现土地资源从粗放利用向节约集约利用的根本性转变,从而使有限的土地产出最大的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。本文以白山市为样本,分析了白山市用地现状及存在的主要问题,提出了节约集约用地的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Breaking the bottleneck of land resources and improving the land utilization efficiency must insist on economical and intensive utilization of land, accelerate the realization of land resources from the fundamental transformation of intensive utilization to economical and intensive utilization of land, to output the biggest economic benefits and social benefits and ecological benefits in the limited land under the guidance of the scientific development concept. Based on the baishan as sample, condition of utilization of land of baishan and the main existing problems were analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions of economical and intensive utilization of land were put forward in this thesis. |
