| 摘 要： | 市场作用的盲目性和经济体制不健全引起的市场机制发挥不充分导致经济结构问题的产生成为当前我国经济转变发展方式障碍。价格主管部门要围绕国家经济结构调整战略,创新物价工作思路,利用价格杠杆,调节生产要素合理配置,推动产业升级,通过清费治乱扩大内需,为企业产业结构升级提供广阔的发展空间,结合打击价格垄断、价格欺诈行为,为企业营造公平的竞争环境。
