基于工作过程系统化的高职英语教学改革的探讨

高职英语教学应该根据专业特点,结合学生毕业后就业岗位要求的专业能力、方法能力、社会能力进行工学结合的教学改革。制定工学结合的英语课程标准,在教学组织上采取工学结合"六步法",实行"任务驱动"教学,培养自主学习。开发工学结合的教学资源,建设网络课程,提供开放的教学环境,保证学习时间开放、学习地点开放、学习环境开放、学习资源开放,全面培养学生英语素质,提高岗位技能。

Discussion on Teaching Reform of Higher Vocational English Based on Systematizational Working Process

Higher vocational English teaching should make teaching reform of work-study combination,based on professional characteristics,combined with professional competence,methods capacity,social capacity that the post demands after graduation.We should develop curriculum standards in English of work-study combination,use ＂Six Steps＂ method of work-study combination in teaching organizations,and implement the teaching of Task-Driven to train their self-study.We should develop the teaching resources of work-study combination,build network courses,provide an open teaching and learning environment,ensure an open study time,study site,learning environment,and learning resources,and comprehensively develop quality of students in English to improve post skills.
