浅析给水泵机械密封共模故障原因及处理措施

摘    要:在岭澳核电站二期1号机组电动主给水泵系统(L3APA)调试运行期间,给水泵机械密封频繁出现共模故障,给机组运行带来安全隐患。文章通过对可能导致机械密封故障的主要因素进行计算分析,指出冲洗水流量不足和密封腔内流场不均匀是导致共模故障的根本原因,通过采取提升泵效轮性能、减小冲洗水回路阻力和增设冲洗水分配环等措施,消除共模故障。

Abstract:In the commissioning period of Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station Phase 2,Unit 1 Motor Driven Feed water Pump system(L3APA),the failure of pump mechanical seal common-mode is frequent,and brings a security risk to the unit operation.The article analyzed the main factors that could lead to mechanical seal failure,and pointed out that the root causes are lack of flushing water flow and uneven seal cavity flow,and we can eliminate the common mode failures through enhancing efficiency of the pump ring,reducing flushing water circuit resistance,adding flushing water distribution ring,and other measures.
