| 摘 要： | 长度小于1200mm的短钢坯的在线旋转在国内未有先例,本文通过旋转台及移动辊道的设计,解决了辊距太小辊道无法旋转的问题,并通过一次旋转2～3块钢坯满足了轧制节奏的需要,实现了短钢坯的在线旋转,填补了国内空白。

| Abstract: | There is almost without pecedent inside the country that short billet less than 1200mm rotates on line.The paper solves roller rotating by designing rotary table and removable roller,and meets the demands of rolling cycle by rotating two to three billets once a time.It fills in the blank inside the country that realizes short billet rotating on line. |
